The SAPOA is collecting city “Donor Acknowledgement Forms” for any officers wishing to donate hours to Kimberly Robinson #533 (TK9). Kimberly’s husband, Stacy Robinson #120 (TCE), is undergoing very aggressive treatment for cancer.
The types of hours that are eligible to donate are:
The form is # HR/AD 4.4 and can be found on the front page of the SAPOA website at www.sapoa.org and on the COSA website in the FORMS section. If you are interested in donating hours, please print and Bin Mail your signed form to the attention of Amy Kruse at SAPOA by Friday, August 8th. She will submit all of the forms together at one time to the Accounting office.
