If you are an out of state retired member, you can contact the San Antonio Police Officers' Association at our toll-free number 877-376-5423 between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. For all local members, please call 210-822-4428. 

If you have questions on insurance claims, you can reach Claims Advocate Services at 210-828-9616. The Claims Advocate Services department is closed every Wednesday from 12:00 to 5:00pm, but otherwise open the same hours as above.
