The SAPOA was notified today that the Research and Planning Unit will be civilianized on 01/01/2012. The letter from the Chief is attached.

The San Antonio Police Officers Association (SAPOA) and the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas (CLEAT) are each offering $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Sgt. Kenneth Vann's killer. If you, or someone you know, have information that will lead to the killer(s) capture, please call Crime Stoppers at 210-224-7867 or the Bexar County Sheriff's Office at 210-335-6070.
